Raw of the Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera is a species of the Aloe plants, which can be found in Northern Africa. In fact the Aloe plant is actually related to the Lily species of plants. Most often the Aloe Vera plant can be found in semi- tropical areas. Aloe Vera is very cactus like in design as well. You will find the leaves of the Aloe Vera plant are thick and green with a cactus like quality. Some of the Aloe plants even have little spikes on the leaves. Aloe Vera is considered a wonderful medicinal herb for certain skin conditions and even internal unbalance. If you are going to harvest raw Aloe Vera you will need to understand the chemical break down of the plant to avoid causing issues.
Raw Aloe Vera taken internally can actually cause you more harm than good, especially when taken in high doses. Aloe Vera is considered a laxative when taken internally. This means when you take raw Aloe Vera in too high a dose you will experience unpleasantness for yourself. Even if you do need a laxative you should never take raw Aloe Vera, especially at high doses. Raw Aloe Vera extract is called Alotin. Alotin provides you with over seventy nutrients that your body needs, but you should ingest it as an Aloe Vera juice that has gone through a chemical process to break it down and only extract enough of the raw Aloe Vera to make the product worthwhile.
If you are not going to ingest the raw Aloe Vera it can be extracted from the plant and used immediately. The leaves mentioned above actually contain water and a gel. The gel is the Alotin. This Aloe Vera gel is considered raw Aloe Vera and can be used on the skin for a variety of purposes and benefits. First of all raw Aloe Vera extract can be applied immediately to burns of all types. The raw Aloe Vera extract should be smoothed along the burn, gently to provide a soother on the skin. The raw Aloe Vera will take the sting out of the burn and help reduce the potential for infection as well as blisters to form.
You may also use raw Aloe Vera on eczema, dry skin patches, athlete's foot, Psoriasis, cuts, bruises, open wounds, and acne. The raw Aloe Vera will help reduce to problems with the skin. Most usually raw Aloe Vera is used to help with dry skin. You apply the gel to the area of the skin having problems and in a few days of consistent use you will find the area healed.
